Just Imagine believes that sleep away camp is an experience that better prepares children for college. At camp, children are forced out of their comfort zones as they:

spend time in an unfamiliar setting away from home

learn to live in close proximity to a new group of people

try new activities and receive specialized sports instruction

gain a sense of independence in doing things for themselves.
In addition to camp, JI provides a wide range of college geared workshops, test preparation, and College Tours. Students dress to impress and come prepared with questions that will help them narrow down what they are looking for out of their higher education.
The Just Imagine College Tours were extremely beneficial and fulfilling. I was able to get an inside look at the college experience and the things to look for when picking a college of my own. The college I chose (LSU) was a college I visited during a college tour with JI my sophomore year."
